RAYNE — Rayne Police have arrested two Romanian nationals as a part of a state wide fraud investigation.

Detectives with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office are investigating multiple burglaries that occurred on James Place, Hickory Lane & McManus Street, off of Louisiana Highway 13 near Eunice.
It pretty much all comes down to funding — or the lack thereof.
